Neck Exercises

There is a "head strap" that has a chain for hanging weights on.
Also, in highschool we had a actual neck machine that was pretty cool. I have never seen one anywhere else. The wrestlers used it quite a bit.

why would someone do neck exercises? just to get a thicker neck? and, don't neckmuscles get stronger by doing trap work already?
