Hey guys im 19 and currently 5'4 128 pounds and i just bought some super dmx rx 2.0 and dont know what to take with it or how to do a cycle if anyone can give me some advice i would be really appreciative thanks!!!!!

For one is bc your age is already producing legit ampule amts of test. Unless you see a doc and says you have low t levels he's right bro. Creatine, protein, and something like Pes Anabeta at Orbitnutrition.com are very solid otc supps.

I would wait to use it until you know what your doing diet and training wise.

You should avoid taking the Super DMZ 2.0 because of your age mainly and inexperience. Start out with something milder if you are going to use Prohormones. Ideally you should try to wait til you feel like you have reached your max potential naturally and give your endocrine system time to reach it's full maturity. Try to hold off til at least 21-25yrs old. If you can't wait and are going to run prohormones anyway start out with a milder compound like IronmagLabs 1-Andro or 4-Andro since they are not as liver toxic. Another good one is Shredded labs hexadrone or Hexavar. Even the IronmagLabs Halo extreme would be a much better starting point. Save the Super DMZ til you are more advanced and experienced. Starting to run prohormones too early can suppress your natural testosterone production just like steroids will. At your age there is a lot more to lose in the long term if you start too early.

all the above and i answered you on another similar thread. Train hard but intelligently , eat properly and do that for years there are no shortcuts or excuses. Forget about any hormonal supplements at your age because they will do more harm than good.

I overlooked the age. I wouldn't do any PH's at 19 either. Messing with your endocrine system while you're still in your pubescent years isn't a good idea. I would wait until at least 25 years of age, personally.
