I am a female getting back into training after a nasty accident about 8 yrs ago. Needlesstosay I haven't been able to do anything, much less train. I got the ok from the doc to start again.
Gained about 20 pounds and Im anxious to lean back out. Any recommendations so far as supplements etc go?
Want to drop body fat. Am doing 40 mins cardio and split M W F lifting.
