Hi, I've been working out for over 3 years now. I'm 5"9 and weigh 171 also I'm 20 years old. My goal is to shred some fat and then bulk up after.
I'm taking either 30mg/var ED + 30mg/Tbol ED for 5 weeks or 20mg ea ED for 8 weeks. My meals look like this
Meal #1
3 egg white 2 whole eggs
1 banana
1 whole wheat bread

Meal #2
50G Dymatize Elite whey protein shake with 40G of oatmeal

Meal #3
half a cup of uncle bens rice with 4 OZ of boiled chicken with cucumbers

Meal #4
half a cup of uncle bens rice with 4 OZ of boiled chicken

GYM
Post work out 50G of Dymatize Elite whey with 2 scoops of carbo gainer

Meal #5
4OZ of sweet potato with 8 OZ of tilapia

Meal #6
1 can of tuna with lettuce, cucumbers, also 1 TBSP of olive oil

Supplements- Whey protein, Carbo gainer, BCAA, CLA, L- Carnitine, multi vitamins I will also buy milk thistle

My workout routine
Day 1- Back, Bicep
Day 2- Chest, Tricep, 15 min stair master cardio
Day 3- Off
Day 4- Shoulders, Abs
Day 5- Legs
Day 6- off
Day 7- Repeat

I'm aware that I'm too young for Androgenics. I want to do this cycle, I just need advice. I will also use Clomid for my PCT. I just need advice on how to run this cycle!
 
You really need to do a lot more learning before you start this. AAS stands for Anabolic Androgenic Steroid. You want to take steroids but don't want the androgenic effect? That doesn't make any sense my friend.

You're already a twig, why would you want to get any smaller?

Post up the total calories and macros you're getting each day, I'm not going to figure it out for you.

Stop wasting your money on shit like carbo gainer, BCAA, CLA, and L- Carnitine.

Also your question makes no sense. You want advice on how to run 'this' cycle which means you already have it laid out. That's a shit cycle I would never do but that's my opinion.
 
I know I'm taking Androgenics and I never said I didn't want the effect.. Thanks for the link you gave me I'm 5"8 not 5"9 I'm sorry. I hold around 18-21% BF that's why I want to get around 12% to then bulk up with a proper cycle and meal plan. I just need advice

Well if you live in Miami than I'm jealous because of the nice weather you get year round. I'd just do a full out blast as outlined in that first cycle thread, eat a clean bulking diet and you won't put on much fat, than do a cut in the up coming spring and actually have some muscle to show off.
 
One more question I'm trying to get into the police academy do you think taking this will affect me? And I will follow that cycle

No they wont test you for it. They might ask on a poly but it's not a big deal, say you took it for TRT or some shit. If Ronnie Coleman can pull off being a cop and not getting caught for using juice anyone can. But really, why a cop? There's so many better choices out there now a days, and you're already planning on being a corrupt cop by breaking the law.
 
TRT? I would like to know since it may help besides being a cop I also want to compete but in mens physique

Not at all dude.. I'm no undercover. I just want advice on the anavar and Tbol since I went ahead and bought it already. I have 100 Tablets of 10mg Anavar and 100 tablets of 10mg Tbol. I want to take it and then bulk up after.

I strongly urge you to atleast incorporate testosterone in this cycle if you are going to go ahead with it. Var or Tbol alone will surpress most of your natural production of testosterone which can be bad in the long run. Get a good PCT in check, refer to OfficerFarva's post. I wouldn't use Tbol for cutting but if you do decide to, stick to 6 weeks minimum to get most of the slow gains.
 
I'm with Hulk, definitely incorporate test into your cycle. Any substance introduced will suppress your natural production so you need to supplement that.

I also have anavar and Tbol in hand, so I might as well use it. I'm going to use my Tbol at the start of my cycle to kick start it. My question is, do I take the anavar in the beginning or towards the end of my cycle?
I have 100 Tabs of Anavar 10mg, 100 tabs of Tbol 10mg. How many mg do i consume a day and how long etc!
 
Once again you are 20 years old with ONLY 3 years of lifting experience! I urge you to rethink this idea. Read and research more, lift a few more years. Once again you body is not even close to its potential. Take a look at some of the natural body builders out there. Listen, I love steriods, I am all for them and have done them for over 12 years but you need to look at all your options first. I mean shit...you mention TRT and you are 20...do you even know what TRT is?

You don't know how sensitive you are to estrogen and at those higher levels you're definitely going to have a lot of extra estrogen unless you're taking some kind of AI and getting blood work done while on cycle to know where your levels are at.


Run 500mg/week of Test E for 10 weeks, and use something like 50g day of tbol for the first few weeks until you run out. Ideally you'd have enough tbol for a good four weeks. You don't have enough anavar to do anything useful. A good dosage of Anavar is anywhere from 60-100mg/day for 6+ weeks.


Weeks 1-10 500mg/week (split it into two shots a week) of Test E.
Weeks 1-4(or until you run out) 50mg/day of tbol

Thanks man! if I were to get enough anavar do i take it towards the end of my cycle? or the beginning with Tbol?

I appreciate the advice but I made up my mind and I really want to go through with it

There is no benefit of increasing testosterone every few weeks, stick to a simple 250mg twice a week for a total of 500mg/week. Also extend the cycle to 12 weeks to get the most out of the testosterone. For a cutting cycle, Anavar can be run from the beginning when you begin using test.

If your bf is already 18-20 I would lower the carbs to about 180 or less, protein up to 200 or more and fats a little higher as well, say 50 at the least. If the calories get too high cut out carbs, not protein and fat.

The higher fat will keep you feeling fuller longer.

Minimum 4oz chicken or fish with each of those meals. Cut the oatmeal down to 20g per meal with a shake.

I would raise the protein to at least 220grams. Also, lower carbs to around 180-200 and raise your fats. You are dead set on doing a cycle, but my advice would be to step back and learn how to eat properly before hand............... or you're just wasting money.
