So I've been working out routinely 4 times a week for the past year and I seem to not be improving, but rather decreasing my strength on my chest and triceps... Its getting to the point where i'm starting to drop weight on the benches. Also now when I do flatbench with 225 3/8 with 80% of 1RM, I can't even lift 180 on Decline and Incline with the attached workout below...
My workout is somewhat like this:
Chest/Tri
Flatbench - 3/8 80/1RM
Decline - 3/8 80/1RM
Incline - 3/8 80/1RM
Skull Crushers - 3/8 80/1RM
Reverse Grip Pushdowns - 3/8 80/1RM
Rope Pushdowns - 3/8 80/1RM
(This is just the Chest and Tricep workout)
I'm taking jack and creatine for pre, xxx for post, and megamen's extreme athlete for suppliments.
I'm not sure if these shit are working for me anymore... Any suggestions on what to take for pre,post, and supps?
If you guys have a better workout regime, please feel free to post it up. I'm going to deploy next week and i wanna put some muscle on again.
