Need an alternate for lat pulls and pull ups...

Since I've been play rugby, my right shoulder has gotten real bad. I can no longer use the weight I always have on lat-pulls, so I was wondering if there was any alternatives so I can still work the latissimus dorsi and all those back muscles.
 
have you tried any free weight exercises for the back ?
 
Rows of some kind? Pullovers are decent too.
 
DB Rows, BB rows, bent over two arm longbar rows.. there are tons of alternatives.
 
I don't know any free weight back workouts, but I'll try the rows.
