hey im new to these forums, i only started reading yesterday.so go easy on me 
well here it is
im 17 i weight 98 kgs
and i am 175 cm tall
what i want to do is lose fat and tone up.
i have no idea what i should be eating and how often
i also need help with a trainign secdule
heres the things i have to work with
- a rowing machine
-a skiping rope
-a 50kg boxing bag
-weights .free hand,bench,leg curls,and free bar.
-and runign shoes
-all the time in the world(iv got 6 mounths of holidays with everyday free ,all day)
edit/- i also have strap on weights 2x1kg and 2 x1.5 kg they go aaround your ankes or arms and i dont knwo if they will be any good?/
i know i may be asking a bit much but i cant think of a better place to ask,and from reaing other posts i know u guys know alot about traing.
