Physical therapy would be the best choice on your list. I believe it will also take the most education. If you can't, or aren't interested in going to school that long, a physical therapy assistant earns reasonable wages. The PT assistant course are often 2 years long. Here is a link to more info:

Massage therapy can be very benificial to some patients. It is also a reasonably short course of study. As I understand it, women tend to have somewhat of an advantage in obtaining patients / clients in massage therapy. Many females would prefer to have another female massage them.
