Hi, i know nutrition is the most important part to bodbuilding. I have taken d-bol M1t and 1-ad ive realized that my nutrition was not 100%. If someone could help me get my nutrition down, i am pretty confident i could gain 1lb a week of muscle naturally. I have a work out plan ready to go, its just i have no idea what i need for fibres, vegetables, protein etc. I weigh 142lbs of lean muscle, like im shredded, but very lean, and i want to be huge and shredded. If someone could give me the specs on what i should be intaking a day i am about 5'7, and 20 years old male. Thanks guys .
