Can people help me out here, I am trying to work out a good split routine I can do (and yes I am open to suggestions, and I do relaise I may have to trial and error as to what works best)
Ok for the past few months now I have decided to learn martial arts (twice a week) so I am wanting to try and structure a good split program (say 3 day split as I think a four day split could be too much for me.....I want to avoid overtraining)
I am open to some good training routines, would i be better doing chest and back on the same day or chest and triceps on the same day....and so on.....
Perhaps the more experienced can help me peace together a good program structure?
