Need help, quick!

I leave for work tomorrow. I work at a mine and I won't be home often and might not have working internet up there. I need to make a routine I can use since they have a weight room up there. My knowledge is still limited since I began working out. I figured I would come here and get some quick help. I plan on working out 5 days a week. Mon-Fri. They have treadmills, so I plan running each morning for 30 mins.

What days should I put these exercises in?

-Bench Press
-Arnold Press
-Flyes
-Overhead Tri Extension
-Shoulder Shrug
-Dips
-Barbell Curl
-Upright Rows
-Dips
-Lying Leg Curl
-Leg Press
-Preacher Curl

Would should I add/drop?
