Hello, I'm new here. I've been heavily criticized for my eating habits, so I was wondering if someone could help me figure out how to eat more healthy.
I'm 22 years old. 5'8. Around 181 pounds.
I work in a warehouse and am constantly active, so I burn WAY more calories than I take in. I'm probably around 900 caloric intake daily.
My diet includes:
Breakfast at 6-ish AM.
Snack (Apple) at 10:30am.
Lunch (Small sandwich..Almost too small to be considered a meal.) At 12:15pm.
Snack (Apple) at 2:30pm.
Dinner (Something small. Not a lot of calories.)
I'm trying to eat healthier so I can lose some of this stomach fat.
I've somehow trained myself, over years and years, to not eat a lot, so that's why I don't eat so much.
I don't eat fast food. I rarely drink soft drinks and alcohol. Maybe the occasional glass.
But, if someone could help me, I'd be greatly appreciated!
