Fast I would gather is ? 8 weeks? Well..40lbs of LBM ain't gonna happen buddy. Find a high calorie diet in the diet section here.. Then find a training program in the training section for beginner...which I take it you are. And then get on with it. 1 thing though...EAT A LOT. The only way to gain weight is to consume more calories then your burn per day.
