I am hoping someone has some ideas for me. Last week when I was doing neutral grip (only way I get growth) lat pull downs I got a cramp in my neck. You know how you have those two muscles that attach at the back base of your skull? Well mine was the left one, and the cramp caused a headache that felt like it was behind my left eye. It wasn't to bad so I finished my routine and took some advil.
Today, I got the same cramp, only this time it caused a headache that was so painful I felt nauseous and had to cut off the routine early. I rarely ever get headaches but this was by far the worst I have had besides my concussion in high school. What should I try? I don't get any other cramps in my body because I say very hydrated. I'd hate to lay off my lats because I am two weeks into my first cycle. Thanks for any help guys.
