Need Help With Bench Press Form

Can someone please link me a video that goes over proper form on the bench press. The more I try to find one the more different opinions I get :headbang:. The last video I watched said you don't use your pecs its triceps and back, now I'm really confused. Thank You

I am no expert.
I have had a small bench (now, 350s) and a big bench (425lbs)

Few tips
1) What are your damn goals. To recruit maximal muscle fibers or to move the largest amount of weight
2) once goal is identified then you can watch the videos
3) Videos like above are not about recruiting maximal muscle fibers, but instead moving the largest amount of weight (minimizing range of motion as well).

If your goal is bodybuilding I would not advice bench pressing like above... or at least not all the time. Plenty of people at certain experience levels can blend powerlifting and bodybuilding nicely. But I would not recommend that track for a beginner.
