Need Help with Bicep Routine.

Ok my bicep routine just plain sucks.

I train biceps with my back.

Bicep Workout Portion:

Seated Preacher Curls 4 sets

Barbell Cable Curls 3 sets

DB Hammer Curls 2 sets


I've tryed switching around hammer curls with other dumbbell curling movements, just doesnt work for me.

Can anyone suggest anything?

Why so many sets? 4-6 should do it, I do 3-4 currently.

FWIW I don't like cable curls, some probably do.
 
I would give your biceps a day of there own. do just 9 set and hit them hard and go home and feed them
 
If you looking for big guns, work the tri's they make up 2/3 of the upper arm and I've found them easier to build than Bi's anyway.
 
Hehehe, the little pictures in that routine look like prince. :laugh:
