need help with chest workouts

I am inclined to believe so.

tomatoes

Muscle Gelz Transdermals
IronMag Labs Prohormones
I have come to believe that is it plausible.

post the videos.

oh, I thought you meant a video of yourself.

try static contractions, slower eccentrics, maybe some pre-fatigue sets, etc....

also, check your set up on the bench. is there a good arch in the lower back, is the chest up and out, what about your grip, etc...all those things play a role.

static contractions- lower the bar down to your chest, pause (don't set it on your chest) for 3-4 sec, then press.

slow eccentrics- slow down the negative portion of the lift...maybe to a 3 count.

pre-fatiuge- tire out your triceps by doing a few sets for them before hitting the bench so that the other musculature will have to work harder.

all of these should help......very good advice.

Some other ideas are- 1. experiment with your grip width and 2. try a few one arm DB bench presses. (they are a lot more challenging because you have to stabilize the weight more and you can change the angle you raise the weight up). A lot up people bench press using more of their shoulders than their chest, one arm bench presses can help out because you have a greater ROM than when using a BB.
