Need help with diet before i start my cycle. ( fast metabolism

Im going to be starting a cycle of test e
12 wks 500mg (mon 250mg- thur 250mg then
mid cycle up it to 700mg a week

now everyone is telling me to eat as much as possible.
my daily intake consists of this

Morning (6am)
3 egg whites
2 scoops of whey protein w/milk not water
8am
half a cob of cauliflower steamed.. just to fill me up.
12
cliff bar
pasta 1 big bowl.
3pm
2 apples small salad
4:30 pm
chicken 2 pc or some kind of meet what ever wife makes.
8 pm
7 egg whites.
1 scoop of creatine mono

repeat the next day

any help and or how many cal/carbs/ protein do you think that is and what else to do or to eat.
any advice would be great thanks.
 
Make an account on Fitday.com and plug in what you just wrote down. That will get you your total calories along with macro breakdown of protein, carb, fat's. Then post it here. Also add in your stat's and workout history past 6 month's.

how much do you weigh right now? Honestly, you are not eating nearly enough. I don't see any fats listed above either, Don't fall into the fallacy of fats as being evil. Let me know how much you weigh, BF% and what you are trying to achieve and I will lay out some macros that you should be hitting on a daily basis..
