I have been weight training on/off for about 3 years. Before I had consistently been training for almost 6 years straight. But due to lower back and arm problems, working out has been a day to day thing for me. Now that I have been fully cleared and ready to train like I did before, I have had trouble keeping up with my routines.
I was hoping I could a few tips on using different Reps/Sets, Exercise or just a routine. My current routine is as follows;
Mon. Chest / Back / Delts
Tues. Legs
Wed. Arms / Forearms / Abs
Repeat Thurs. Friday. Saturday, Resting on Sunday.
I've currently been using Vince Gironda's 10-8-6-12 routine. Any info or comments will helpful... Thanks in advance!
