what is the best way to got bigger and tuned muscles. i know that u need a diet,carbio and have to do weights. the only thing that i do not understands is which weight to use and the reps. its hard to explain so i will give u a example. when i do chest press with dumbbells i do a weight where i can do more then 8reps. Or should i do a weight which is header to get 8reps.
