Well I wouldn't waste my time or yours talking about the ones that don't work.
I would try fragment 176-191 for burning fat. Peptides in general.
Ecay is ephedrine, caffeine, aspirin, yohimbe. Clenbuterol if you don't mind shaking and sweating.
Cardio and good eating. No magic pill. I did have great luck with peptides though. I ran fragment 176-191, ghrp2, Ipamorelin, and cjc1295 no dac for about 6 weeks lost 9lbs and gained about 20% strength doing cardio and sometimes double cardio with lifting 5 times a week. I was also running T3 which I wouldn't recommend. It's not good to fuck with your thyroid. If you are resposible enough give it a try. If you are under 30 peptides may not work for you. I am close to 40.
Just to clarify I was eating absolutely perfect those 6 weeks. Like salad and chicken for 6 fucking weeks bro. Was it my diet? The cardio? The peps? Well I think it was a combo of all 3 since I gained so much strength with no catabolism.
