Hey!! I posted about this before.. I am interested in turning my body around.. I am new to this whole thing and I am a skinny 145pd 6 ft 4in with very high metabolism.. I met someone on here who said they would help me train and he would give me a eat routine what to look for when I eat such as protein and etc.. I am wanting to widen out my frame and get to about 215... I need help guys. Like what how many times to eat what kind of workout.. what to eat.. basically I need a trainer.. If anyone is interested n helping me out I would appreciate it greatly... I Havent heard from the other guy that was suppose to help me so I am asking again..a lot of questions I need to answer.. But, thank you guys and if you would like to know anything else about me just ask..

If you are 6'4 and 145lbs I would assume you are brand new to training. So, I would suggest starting with a routine like Starting Strength by Mark Ripptoe. Heres a link:Starting Strength Wiki

As far as you diet is concerned, shoot for 1.5-2x your bodyweight in protein. Use a BMR calculator (BMR Calculator)find what your maintenance calories are and eat 500-1000 cals over that.

A basic routine like that should work well for you and as long as you are eating like I mentioned above you should see GREAT strength and size gains!

wanting to go from 145 to 215!!!!!!! this is probably a very unrealistic goal for a guy with your metabolism don't you think??? and why do you want to be 215?? just forget about your weight for god's sake and start working out keeping things basic. Your diet should be healthy too you can increase your calory intake but do not stuff yourself with junk.
just by working out your apetite will increase. focus on getting in shape, strong and healthy rather on gaining weight..forget the scale for a while.
follow a basic routine that will include bench presses, military presses, lat pull downs, deadlifts , and squats
