hey guys i need a good training plan, i usually work out 3 times a week, but am all ova the place with my training, i lift heavy weights and and do about 2 sets of 10, of everything, i am 5'8 and 150 pounds, i want to gain some muscle and cut off the my fat, i know everyone says that lol, im pretty skinny, so i really just want to tone up wat i got, can i have some ideas on some good fitness plans, this is wat i really need to know wat exercises i should do on wat certain days, to give me more direction, thanx
