OK I am finish my first cycle of deca,dbol, and test. Not bad...but I did not get what I wanted. I am not ripped with a six pack. I look big/fat muscle guy and I am starting to break out on my back. I still want that ripped look for summer! Can anyone help me with my next cycle?:confused: :cry: :(
 
Its not the gear that ripps you up its your diet. For your next cycle try deca with winstrol as this wont bloat you out like dbol and test. Cut down on carbs and fats and do more cardio.
 
Keep your diet CLEAN..Is the most important thing.
As for cycle.
wks 1-4 40mg dbol per day
wks 1-10 100mg test prop eod
wks 1-10 4-600 mg equipoise wk
wks 7-12 50mg winny eod.
Have nolva on hand and clomid post cycle.. That should give you what you want.:thumb:
 
The first thing you must get in place before any cutting cycle is your diet and cardio...this is what truly gets you ripped, while the drugs put on the finishing touches. So...

-how have you been eating?
-are you doing cardio?
-are you using an ECY stack?

Worry about these things before setting up a cycle!
 
You should read about the steriods that you want to take and be aware if they could get you to retain water. A good diet is the key for everything and high protein is the way to go.

PS Lower your carbs
 
Dbol and test are probably not good choices if you have acne problems, and want to avoid bloat. Yeah, like the guys said, get your diet in order. If you must go the anabolics route, I would stick to either Anavar or Winstrol, stacked with a low dose of EQ or primo. Throw in some T3/clen (Which you taper and cycle, respectively), diet smart (Not too low carb), do a little bit of cardio, and watch the pounds drop away.

Ranchman, thanks for a complete set. I never used equipoise, is it like primo...like Belial said?
Gopro, oyu're right about my eating habits, but I did try to keep it clean as much as I could. Tuna, Chicken and eggs whites for protein made of 70% and 30% carbs. On my last 15 days I did use Stacker 3 for my cuts and 20-40 minutes of cardio a day.
Belial, set me up with a program of my cycle and training. I have taken off a whole month now and I am really to get back with it.
