Hi All.. it's been a while since I worked out on regular basis.
I am about 41 and in not to good of shape..I am 25 to 30 pounds over weight. I am working on my diet and walking 3 miles a day here at work indoor track.. So I think I will drop this the weight here next 4 to 6 weeks. I really just want to get i shape with some gain in my arms, legs, ect.. Nothing real drastic.. I am slowly starting out and adding some every workout.. I have both machines and free weights 3 times a week M/W/F
I am using a multi vitamin right now and will re-start these items here over the next few weeks.. ON Whey.. BSN Noexplode and CellMass
any suggestions
