Hello everyone... I need help cutting up... I am 6"3 & weight around 230+lbs... I wanted to know how to Build & Cut my upper body & loose my Mid section... I am Indian/mixed so My frame is kind odd in the mid section & it is a REAL trouble area... I am trying to get a V-Shape(If Possible)... I need to know how to get there, I have a very busy schedule so my diet sucks. So What do I do to finally get some DEFINITION & Strength?!?!? ANY HELP WOULD BE GREATLY APPRECIATED
