Hello everyone... I need help cutting up... I am 6"3 & weight around 230+lbs... I wanted to know how to Build & Cut my upper body & loose my Mid section... I am Indian/mixed so My frame is kind odd in the mid section & it is a REAL trouble area... I am trying to get a V-Shape(If Possible)... I need to know how to get there, I have a very busy schedule so my diet sucks. So What do I do to finally get some DEFINITION & Strength?!?!? ANY HELP WOULD BE GREATLY APPRECIATED
 
Mon: 45mins-Hour Chest & Tri's
Tue: School
Wed: Backs & Bi's
Thur: School
Fri. Shoulders & Traps
Sat: Party
Sun: Temple & Study

My Diet Is 3 to 5 meals & Protein Shakes before & after Work Outs...

Also to gain more definition is it better to do Chest Press with Dumbells or Straight bar?
 
Your diet - I need to know total calories, and grams of protein, carb and fat.

Your workouts - I need to know the movements you use, the reps and sets and the weight you use.

What do you do for legs?
