Need input on my pre/post workout shake

I've been seeing some really good results so far but want to make sure.

Every morning before and after the gym I drink:

1 cup skim milk
1 scoop of PVL ISO gold whey
1 cup frozen berries


Everyone once in awhile I'll throw in a spoon of peanut butter and small handfull of oats.

Am I getting everything I need? Is there too much sugar?

Help a brother out
 
its alright but the fat in the milk will slow the absorption of protein you dont really need it before hand you would be better off doubling your scoop for the post workout shake and skipping the pre workout shake
 
No fats before during or after training.
Ditch the milk & sugar before training save that & high GI carbs for intra and post training.
 
What's a good pre/post meal or drink? What if I use almond milk instead? I've always read a high sugar carb is best for post workout...
