Ok so heres my problem I did a slow cut for 5 months and now I cant seem to let go of my abs and go on a proper bulk cause I'm scared of gaining fat and losing abs! .ive been bulking up for 5 yrs and this is the first time I've been this lean anyone had this problem before?

LOL every competition season!

You have a couple different routes you can take:

1) Maintain - you might gain a little if you're not doing an aggressive cut anymore, but every time you spend a lot of time conditioning your body to support the current state you're in (i.e. leaner), the better your body will adapt to it and it becomes your 'norm' instead of a 'cut'.

2) Slow lean bulker - start your bulk by upping your calories but not to the point of getting sloppy. You'll put on some size, but if you do it w/ some carb or general macro modulation (e.g. carb cycle w/ higher carbs than if you were cutting, but still put the carbs where you'll be using them, or a keto approach w/ sufficient refeeds). The gains you might be used to will come slower, but the amount of excess flab will be minimized as well.

3) Suck it up and focus more on your bulker goals and less on your abs.

A quote to me from Charles Glass circa 2002

"You have to put your ego in your back pocket man"!

Always have this illusion that I can bulk up and get massive natty while stilll keeping my abs I'm really considering running test c but can't find a local source. I just don't want to risk it through mail

Wut I was trying to say is trying to bulk up naturAl you have to pick one either your really big but without abs or you could be cut but not as big that's why i came up with the idea of just running test c and bulking up while staying leaner but I can't find a local source because where I live most people I know use sustanon 250 which I don't think will be a good newbie cycle. Make more sense?
