Anybody have/use one of these ? What are your opinions on it ?

looks like a fancy support row to me.

why not just get a basic one that would take up less room??

Hey patrick,

thanks, this one just happens to be close , available and less than $100 . So just wondered if based on those criteria if it would be a decent "investment".

never used it but it looks like it will do a good job for ya.

why is there a seat there? that is what I don't know. you stand on the floor and put your chest on the pad.

How much weight can it hold. It looks like its going to fall over and there are only some small plates on there. Kinda nice how it has some alternate grips. I agree with p-funk about the odd seat that they have put on there. Seems a bit low to the ground as well. Although I'm sure it looks a lot different in person. For less than a 100 bucks though I mean you cant really go wrong.

you can simulate the exercise on a regular bench with DBs. Lie face down on a n incline and place your knees bent on the seat and row. that is what i do.

Supposed to hold up to 300 lbs. LOL about the seat , didn't see a pic of how it was used. I'm off thursday , if it's still around I might go for it. Thanks for th idea Patrick.

I picked up this bench a few weeks ago for 107.

I'm pretty happy with it!

It's solid and you can get pretty much all your basic groups and then some with it.

I was getting stale at the gym and put this thing up and have been getting some really good pumps on it. You can use Olympic or regular weights with it.

You can't beat the price for the quality and variety it provides. IMO

That looks like a pretty nice bench. It even has a place to do squats from. On my ghetto ass home bench I have to raise up the bar holders to shoulder height and turn them backwards to do squats.

Looks like that seat is used for incline presses or something. Like you can lift the arms, rest them somewhere, and bench press. Pretty nifty if that's the case but I can't see how that works. Normally a supported row machine has an angled plate at the bottom that you stand on. For $100 I'd do it.

maybe the bottom pad can be used for kneeling on... like doing reverse pec deck excercises on an incline bench...
