Ok, so i have been trying to set up a new workout routine. I used to play sports, all kinds so was in good shape from their programs. Now that I am setting up my own I have run across lots of different information and lots of different opinions. My question is......
I have a day that I do back and bi together. Is it bad for me to do back excercises followed by abs on these days. The day following I do core exercises. It helps me in regards to the time frame I have to be able to split these up. Anything wrong with that?
