hey guys ive been torn. i know its not good to split hairs but i wann make my next bulk fucking amazing...gonna be in college and wanna start packing on some serious muscle.

options:

2 scoops muscle provider mixed w/ dextrose and malto
1 scopp mp 3 scoop massmaker

I don't think that using a matrix of proteins (Beverly Muscle Provider) is optimum for post workout. I haven't seen any medical studies that indicate there is anything better to use PWO than a straight whey protein..
 
yes, go for the wpi (or wpc if your broke) with some high gi carbs post workout. i've think like 50g protein and 100g of carbs (50g high gi).
 
well i called up muscle link and asked them what percentage of protein was concentrate vs. hydrolyzed. they told me they'd email me the info. the email came today and it was just the marketing write up for the email -- they didnt asnwer my question. this is leading me to believe that recoverx is mainly whey protein concentrate, and has maybe a gram or 2 of hydro protein :(

LAM - muscle provider isnt really a "matrix" its first 3 ingredients are Whey Protein Isolate, Whey Protein Hyrdolysate, whey protein concentrate and beverly makes it openly known that it is 30 % hydrolysate, so in a 30 grams of protein serving its probably 15 grams isolate, 10 grams hydro, 5 grams of wpc/lactalabum/egg white...

so even tho there are different types, its all just reallly high grade wheys...in decent amounts...

i think im gonna do 30 grams muscle provider, 40 grams maltodextrin, 20 grams dextrose.

should figure to be about 1.60 or so per shake...
 
A good post workout blend would be 35 to 50 grams of sugar/dextrose, 40 to 50 grams of whey protein and 5 grams of creatine.

Then, roughly 1/2 hour to 1 hour later, 40 to 80 grams of a complex carb (oatmeal) and 30 to 50 grams of a slower digesting whole food protein (fish, egg , chicken, steak, tuna, etc).
