Need some advice

Hello everyone...I am 23 years old, weighs 196lbs (5ft8in). Last February I was 230 lbs, and I wants to get down to 175. I work out 5 days a week, M-F, I do a circuit weight training workout on MWF with 15-20 min cardio after. On the other 2 days I do 30-45 min of cardio (Elliptical, Treadmill, Basketball) I burn about 400-500 calories while doing cardio. I am eating about 2000 calories of day of good food. Lately I have been stuck for the past few months on the same weight, and I am wondering if anyone has some suggestions on reaching my goal of losing 20 more lbs. Any suggestions would be appreciated. First up - too much cardio.

Second: do you weigh your food and track? How much, exactly, do you eat daily? How much protein, carb, fat, total calories.
We start there.
