I'm pretty sure my routine sucks for food. I need some help.

7:30 A.M- 2 fried eggs and 2 pieces of toasts. And a whey drink.

10:00 am- 2 oranges, 1 little container of yogurt

12:00 A piece of chicken breast fried. A little bit of white rice (chaning over to wild soon) and some kidney beans and a bit of microwaved vegetables (mix bag).

3:00 PM- 1 sandwich on brown bread with 3 slices of deli turkey with a bit of mayo. 2 oranges to go with it and a jello.

5:30 Lean meat (pork chops, hamburger or steak) with a bit of salad with an oily dressing and some vegetables.

8:00 PM- Usually random stuff. Yogurt, a bagel with some cheezewiz and some cottage cheese. Shrimp once in awhile with seafood dipping sauce.

What should I add to this and what should I drop? Is this fine?

I need some feedback. Come on...

These is only some minor suggestions. Eat more eggs in the morining but don't fry them, Hardboiled. If you dont know how to hardboil eggs figure it out. Eat a few yolks, lots of whites. Don't ever eat cheese whiz, thats disgusting, I hate cheese.

Is cheese whiz bad? I think it's yummy. What kind of oil should I be using if I fry some of my food?

no cheez whiz! and use olive oil for lower temp frying and peanut oil for higher temps. in other words, frying eggs in a pan: olive oil, frying chicken: peanut oil. make sure you count the calories though for the amt. of oil you use. I would have less whole eggs and more whites to get more protein at breakfast. Def. need protein and 10 and at 8 make sure you have cottage cheese before bed or some other sort of meat. Cott. cheese is good because it's slow disgesting and have some good fats w/ it too. I would personally lose the bagel and higher carb stuff b4 bed because carbs cause cortisol levels to raise which can inhibit Growth Hormone to be released while sleeping. Look in to getting some flax oil or fish oil caps to get Omega 3 fats in your diet.
