I am 41 and weigh 180, and I am about 5 10. I have been lifting for about 4 years now, nothing to extreme just trying to stay in shape and build a little muscle. I have finally seen a improvement and the thing that I really would like to loose is my belly. I am a size 34, I do my abs everyday 2 sets of 50 with about 20-40 lbs. on my machine and I just can not seem to get rid of it. I do not eat alot of junk, I work for UPS so I walk at a fast pace , or even run all day. Thanks.....
