I would really say to listen to what gazer is saying. SO MANY girls have younger friends or siblings that will still be at that school. And hey, I'm 19... I know stuff about different girls that i've known... someone talks. It wouldn't take much for to be in a lot of social trouble. I'd say forget them and look elsewhere.

I wouldn't mess with any of them with out wearing a condom. too many young women these days having babies. from my own personal experience I have found that career minded women do not have babies out of wedlock and are way more carefull about birth control, condoms, etc. I've yet to meet a girl with her Masters or PhD that has had a babie out of wedlock.

If you intend to continue working and pursuing a career at the High School; if you intend to maintain your good reputation within that community, then DO NOT go bangin every high school graduate hottie just because they are technically "legal" and "wanting it". Because you work in a location where parents entrust the institution to protect thier children it is very easy for people in your position to be prosecuted for even the appearance" of wrongdoing.
Now, if you don't give a rat's ass about your job or reputation within the community then, hey, let your conscience be your guide.

well im 20 so im not sure if my opinion would be different if i were 24. but here it goes....
have sex with one or so....if your not planning on being a teacher there for the rest of your life....
here is my logic:
yea what if word gets back? you may lose your job. but thats it. perhaps if the girl is really hot its worth it? it sounds like this is a summer job for you. so the hell with it man
its going to ruin your rep? where at the school? yea probably at the school. at the community? holy shit really? where do you live? here in the bay area, we have a community of MILLIONs and i doubt that they even give a shit if i banged an 18 yr old. so unless your community is literally 5k people, no one will really know or probably even care except for those at the hs.
you wont go to jail nor will your career be ruined. if you apply to another job just dont use the school as a referal, simple.
if you think its worth it. go for it. i mean if shes hot enought and you might want to lay her more than once!

Same situation happened at my school. The difference from your situation and this particular teacher is that the student had graduated almost two years before. Because he was an authority for her during her highschool career, he was violently fired, austricized (sp) from the town, and rumor has it has not been able to take another teaching job because of it.
Because you're working with minors your reputation has to be spotless.
Did you hear the story of the teacher/stripper who was fired because of her part time job? She was in a different town all-together and she was fired. I imagine that you're a hottie, you don't need those chicks, you can find fun anywhere, I'm certain of it. I wouldn't risk it, those kids need you.
