Hi, lemme start by introducing myself. I'm 19 yrs old 6'0 200lbs. I just started working out again (I used to do stupid stuff at the gym when i was like 15-17). Bench is around 300, squat around 300, and deadlift around 300. Here are my goals:
I want to get bigger, but keep my arms and legs and everything looking tight, not flabby big. I don't necessarily want to look cut, just not flabby. My diet is just terrible. I don't eat breakfast, I have a sandwich and chips for lunch, and whatever my mom cooks for dinner, followed by junk food at night.
I bought some whey protein and glutamine, and plan to take the protein in the morning, before my workout, and after my workout(100g total). The glut I will take before and after the workout also (10g total). I have researched the forums for a while and it looks like I need to eat 6 or so meals. But my question is pretty much what to eat.
I've never watched what I eat, and therefore have no clue what is good or bad for me. Could you guys maybe suggest a meal plan? I know it's asking a lot, but I could really use the help, and figured this is the place to go for it.
Thanks a bunch,
Steve
P.S. - I do cardio for 20 min every morning before school
