Kinda dumb, but important to me. I am seeing this girl on Friday night and I want to know when I should lift and eat a gallon of ice cream (for carb explosion).
I have Thur or Fri only to lift. Should I go heavy on Thur. and start eating the ice cream all day and into Friday or should I lift Friday (a.m.) and start eating the ice cream?
The last time I looked really pumped was when I lifted on a Friday and started eating ice cream for the rest of the day and into breakfast Sat. I exploded Sat afternoon with vascularity and size. Awesome. Anyway, I am very cut but flat/smooth since my last refeed. I don't want to come into Friday night, smooth. This isn't really a contest Q or dieting Q so i posted it here. How do I time this? Oh, is water or salt an issue? Also, when do i do my workout before fri.?
