Was in the gym today, still training with Eddie McDermott for the British Bodybuilder Championships. Looking around I noticed a guy who was training without his top! After taking a closer look at this guys physique (which was in moderate shape) i noticed a very large scar from his chest, right round to his lower spine. I had to ask him what the scar was all about and replied it was due to heavy steroid abuse in the early 90's. He was 19 when he first started experimenting with steroids and said he deeply regretted ever doing it! Apparentley he suffered major heart attacks (9 in all) by the age of 24 and had his lung collapse aswell. His heart had apparently swelled to 2 times its size and his brain was showing a massive tumor. He says he still has th tumor still embedded on the brain and keeps it there to remind him of the harms that steroids do to you. He will not remove it! He saiys its part of him now. He's also reprted to have had the biggest arms in the uk back in 1994...his arms were a whopping 28 inches...i dont know whether to believe that! His arms were so big that he needed to take a table with him wherever he went so that he could rest them!

He now visits schools to show kids what the results of heavy steroid abuse can do to you.......

Where I trained when I was 16 a guy was build like a brick out house, he used to use gear I cant remember the exact in's and outs, but he spent 18 months in a body caste, and couldn't get a erection so his wife divorced him. He pretty much lived off protein shakes and wheetabix.

I've contemplated using gear, but I'm still 16 ( this is his brother ). So at this point I see no other reason to use them other then trying to be a badass. The cons to using it ( while easy to avoid and overcome ) is something scary. Shrinking testicles, impotency, roid rages, death, and worse ...acne ( I already have enough and mines not even bad ! )
