new here,need some adivce

I ve been going to doctors for about 10 years now. Been trying to understand what is causing me to be really unmotivated no interest in anything, etc etc . I decided to help myself, and researched medication. Ive been using something call Deca from Unigen and Primobolin. The Deca was the first I tried and felt better right away, the only thing was the water retention was noticeable. then I tried the Primobolin and didnt feel much from that. I have went back to the deca and stated feeling better again. I ve started to eat better food and even felt like working out a little. My Question is what meds is there that I should maybe look into that may have better benefits then deca or should i stay with it for now? Hope I make sense Thanks for time.
