new ideas for meals

hey anyone have some ideas

im looking for new meal ideas that give me between 30-40g of protein,and low low if not zero carbs, and very little fat?
 
Chicken soup. Load it full of cabbage, leafy vegetables. soy sauce, garlic, ginger.
 
The cabbage helps clear the body of estrogen metabolites, as an added perk.

And it's a LOT easier to have a bowl of soup than it is to knock back a dry serving of plain broiled chicken.

what servings do you use for the soy, cabbage, and what not? i know our servings for the chicken would be different. are you just using the serving sizes on on the labels?

oh after 3 days im down 5 pounds, but the girlie hasnt lost anything?

possible cause shes on her very very SPECIAL time of the month?

nO shit I made a big pot of this a few days ago! Thanks to Built from last years competition diet. Plus it fills you up.
