Just joined this site yesterday and already glad I did. My question: I'm 158 lbs, 6' and I'm looking to get to 165. I have heard 2 different ways to do this. My nutritionist has told me that I have to eat my weight in protien in order to gain weight. I've also been told I have to increase my calorie intake in order to gain weight. I work out with iron 4 days a week and do cardio 3 days a week. I am also going to take supplements. Any feedback, suggestions, and advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
