New Member, Need Advice On Bulk Diet

Hi, I am 6'6'' tall and i weigh 210 lbs. I workout 6 days a week for about 1 1/2 hrs per day. I do chest and biceps on Mon/Thurs, back and triceps on Tues/Fri, and legs and shoulders on Wed/Sat. I have been doing this for about 5 months and i have seen improvement in bulk (25 lbs heavier), but there is fat too. My diet is horrible. I eat fast food once a day, i have sweets, sodas, etc. I would like it if someone could give me a daily diet to cut the fat but remain bulking up. Thank you for your time.
 
theres defintely no reason to train a body part twice in one week, especially with only 3 days rest.... I'd look into the routines forums as well if I were you. Have you been doing that routine for a while? And still managed to gain 25lbs? Sounds like its alot of sloppy weight to me.

Post your current diet, and we can help make changes and give advice from there.
 
yes, the weight is a little sloppy. I definately want to look harder. So you are saying that i should only workout a bodypart once per week?

Personally - I think that most people should work a bodypart more frequently than once/week. Sure, some professionals may get away with it, but once you hit about 5 days post-training you start to detrain and head down the other side of your super-compensation curve..

An ideal frequency is about once every 4 to 5 days.
 
i agree with emma but then again i feel the fequency of lifting depends on the volume and how much your body can handle

True - intensity, volume and total load will also influence the frequency at which you can/should train...
