Hi, I am 6'6'' tall and i weigh 210 lbs. I workout 6 days a week for about 1 1/2 hrs per day. I do chest and biceps on Mon/Thurs, back and triceps on Tues/Fri, and legs and shoulders on Wed/Sat. I have been doing this for about 5 months and i have seen improvement in bulk (25 lbs heavier), but there is fat too. My diet is horrible. I eat fast food once a day, i have sweets, sodas, etc. I would like it if someone could give me a daily diet to cut the fat but remain bulking up. Thank you for your time.
