Hi. I'm a new member here. Lemme intro myself first. My name is Ryan and I live in Indiana. I'm 6'2, 186lbs. I'm 21. I got back into weightlifting about a month and a half ago. I hadn't lifted in about six months. I started at 210 max for my bench and have already gone up to 275lbs. My squat isn't much to talk about right now! hehe I stayed active even though I wasn't lifting so I stayed at a low body fat percentage. I have a nutrition question. On days when you realize you will not be able to get everything you need to eat, do you lift anyway? I don't like to lift if I'm not on my food schedule because I feel it takes away from what I'm trying to do. Thanks.

Welcome! :)

Well, it depends. If I feel that I have no energy, then I probably will not train.
But, I do not think it's going to hurt if it happens once in awhile.

Most imporatant is your meal(s) after your work-out. So, if you can eat well after your train you should be fine on days like that.

but, do not forget your diet is about 75% of the equation, training is about 25%. (IMO) :)

Not lack of discipline. Being a broke ass when you are married and sometimes being able to get the kind of food you need.

Women are the DEVIL!!!

post workout meal is most imp't

Hey i can understand its hard to get meals in, you really should just grab a shake when you dont have the time to get a full meal, but anyway if you cant, then make sure you get the proper nutrition after your workout because it is the most crucial time for refueling and nourishing the muscles. well keep training hard good luck.
