Just a quick intro, my name is Paul i am 37 years old and live in the UK. I have been going to the gym for nearly a year now, i know what your thinking a bit late in life but better late than never. Not doing to bad mixing it up a bit five days a week, three days weights two days cardio.I have been reading a few of your threads i have already got a lot of info, will be asking many questions hoping for good and bad advice/answers, thanks in advance
