Hello, I'm looking to speak with any females who have used Liquiclen. Just trying to get some feed back in general about.
Thanks

never used it but welcome to IM

Thanks. Great pics - you are in awesome shape! I'm looking for any sugguestions you may have to help me get rid of these unwanted pounds.
I'm in the gym 5 days a week and run 3-4 days a week approx 8 miles. I am working on improving my eating habits. Its not that i eat bad things, but lack of. I'm now eating small meals 3-4 times per day vs 1 meal. I know that is one of my major issues and have noticed a big difference since i made the change.
I'm open for any diet or workout plan you may suggest.

thanks!

I wouldn't even consider using Liquiclen or anything else until you have a solid diet and exercise plan and have several years of lifting under your belt... and even then you probably won't want to take anything.

Losing weight is calories in vs calories out. It's as simple as that. 5 days in the gym running isn't going to make you lose weight if you are eating more to compensate for the increased activity. How many calories do you eat a day? This is a critical thing to know for weight loss or weight gain. There is no magic to it. A lot of it is just calorie math.

Read the stickies in the diet and exercise section and start a weight lifting routine (read about in the training section). Gaining muscle mass will boost metabolism and help with weight loss. The most critical thing is calories eaten vs calories burned.

thank Cleahy, i'm workin' on it :). unwanted pounds = diet.

that seems like a lot of training and cardio to me. potentially too much. overtraining is equally as bad as undertraining and will stall your progress just the same. check out both the diet/nutrition and training threads. read, read, read...and ask any questions you may have. feel free to post up specifics of your diet/training in the respective forums in order to receive detailed feedback.
