Hey everyone, Simon, new member here, recent college graduate looking for some tips from the big boys. College was a pain, but I have been working out 4-5 times a week for the past month.

Here's the profile:
Height: 5'11"
Weight: 170
Body Fat%: 16

Goals: Put on 5-10 pounds of muscle and decrease body fat percentage.

Here's a sample diet of what I might eat during the day:

Morning:
7 cups oatmeal
2 cups apples
2 cups green tea

Afternoon:
Footlong Tuna Sandwich from subway
1 oz potato chips

Dinner:
12 oz T-Bone Steak
10 oz frozen vegetables
1.5 cups brown rice

Snack:
24 oz strawberry banana smoothie
1 cookies and cream Apex Bar
2 bananas
Drink about 120 ounces of water a day.

Haven't thought about supplementing yet and I'll post my current workout plans later.

Any suggestions would be helpful although I hope you guys take it easy on a newbie. ;)
 
Well if you are looking to cut fat I would cut those carbs in about half. And replace them with good sources of protein..........chicken, lean beef, fish. Good luck and welcome.
