New Pics...Please Critique

Looks good. Out of them all I would say that your back and chest look the best. Your back has great symmetry. No legs though?

Where are the leg shots?

looking kinda obese there fletcher lol, i like the tri's

I usually don't joke around like most when it comes to pictures. I think you look great. I'd much rather have that physique than my own. Keep up the good work and get some more pictures up! Whatever your goals are, you seem to be accomplishing them. Good luck!

Thanks guys. Pics of the legs will be coming sometime soon. My legs are definetely my weak point, but i'll post some pics in the near future.

That's funny, I posted some pics probably 4 months ago and everyone said I needed to work on my back. I have been hitting my back real hard and i've been staying very consistant on getting my ass to the gym 3 days a week. I actually used to hate my back day cause I was so weak, now it's my favorite day.

Tough Old Man Where's the beef...lol...keep working, your getting there

Trust me TOM, i'm trying to put on some beef. It just doesn't work very well for me. And trust me I eat plenty, I eat enough for two people my size.

Don't sweat it. Legs are the weak point for a lot of people. You can find some great articles over at T-Nation for working you legs.

As for the rest, that's something to envy. Good job! You've got a great base to slab the pounds on.

Once you hit your thirties you'll want those days back.

Oh, I see. I always thought about it but decided to stay natural. Maybe a couple years down the road, when I start to see how far I can go naturally i'll change my mind.

Not a bad idea though:thumb:

I think you have a very well-rounded physique actually. No glaring weak points that I can see. Keep eating and keep training; things can only get better from here.

Always makes me happy to hear that. I'm glad I could help, but it's all for naught without the effort you put in. Rock on.

Hey Cowpimp,

Do you have any new splits you've been workin on cause i'd like to try something different. I still want to try gopro's and i've been reading a lot from iron man and have thought about trying his routine. Shit, maybe i'll flip a damn coin...too many options.

I have used P-RR-S before, and I saw some decent results. One thing I like about that workout is that it doesn't get boring. You're always changing parameters around, which is a good thing.

I've read through Ironman's HIT. It seems like a well thought out program, but I have no experience with it myself. I have heard a few good things though. One thing I like about it is that it calls for a higher frequency.

If you were to try something else I might give some type of higher frequency split a try and use undulating periodization. Shiznit is doing something like that right now that he pretty much pulled out of my writeup on designing routines, although he has changed it up a little since then.

Sorry, i'm still kinda a noob when it comes to some of the terms you guys use. could you explain a little more?

I'm more impressed by the 245 bench @ 144 pounds.

Thanks man,

I think the double bodyweight lift is especially impressive, so untill I reach that I will not be happy. My lifts are maybe a little above average, that is all. :thumb:

Hi Fletcher,

Beautiful job Buddy!!!! KEEP GOING!!!

The best way to succeed is to persist with "smarts" which you obviously have!!! I am DAMN PROUD OF YA!!!!

Take Care, John H.

Fletcher, we are exactly the same size, I am just 27 years older than you! Keep up the good work and hopefully you will be twice my size when you are my age.

Good build, keep up the hard work.
