Hey Guys, I would like to post my info and would like to get some suggestions on what to do next, i know i can better my diet a bit and my routine has to change. Any info would be grea i am open to any ideas or suggestions.

So here we go:

Gender: Male
Age:20
Working Out for about 4 years (always been athletic)
Weight: 175lbs
metabolism: too Fast!!
If i didint work out i would weight about 150lbs

I eat about maybe 3-4k calories (mixed food) a day.
60g of protein (only supplement i take)
I know i can better my diet (working on it i dont want to take anything till i platue on a natural level)

First of: every w/o i do is 4 sets and usually 12/10/8/6 as reps.
4 diffrent exercises per muscle.

my routine needs some work as well.
Mon= Chest/ back
Tue=Bi's/ Tri's/ fore arms
Wed= shoulders/ Abs
Thur=chest/ back
Fri=Bi's/ Tri's/ fore arms
Sat= Full legs

As far as weight goes i go to the point of failure.

I know i can adjust my work out, just not sure what route to go since i get a lot of mixed info.( maybe 2 times a day)

I seem to be getting stronger (bench 280lbs 4 sets of 7reps roughly)but not putting on any weight. I'm not just some dumb kid trying to get big fast please dont get that impression. I have been lifting a long time now.


As what i am asking is maybe a stack I can takei have researched and researched and came up with mixed information. I would like to take M1T as what i read it is a bit lighter on the body compared to Dbol/Test etc.

As you can see i'm all over the place i'll end on that any info is greatly appreciate it. I'll post some pictures soon. Thanks!!!
 
It's premature for homrones. Wait a few more years.
 
Looks like your overtraining! try cutting back to 4 days a weeks(2 on 1 off 2 on 2 off) and cut back on your sets.

I recommend just doing 3 exercises of 2 working sets for smaller bodyparts and 4 exercises of 2 working sets for larger bodyparts. Just make sure to kill yourself on each set.

Looks like your diet is abit sketchy also which you are aware of. Have a meal plan and be consistant with it. This is even more critical when you have a fast metabolism like you say you do. DO NOT miss meals.

I would take a week off then start a new training program and sort your diet out.

Hey Thanks for the help Pirate, so theres nothing i can take just for the weight gaining issue, doesnt nessesarly have to be AAS. Any info would help

Thanks for all the info Shadow, i really appreciate all the info that is givin to me. I was actually thinking of going 2 times a day now, but if you say cutting back and just push to failure than i will do so. The reason i wanted to train harder is i have a ton of energy ( i been eating everything on site)

I also take Potassium tablets (reason: my muscles would cramp up a bit) an i eat a bannana a day.

Oh and vitamin B: to help with the hunger part.
